We have programmes available to support players of all ages and abilities, all with one aim; to develop them technically, physically, socially and mentally.
Whether you’ve seen previous success in your young player elsewhere and you’re looking to step up and level up their game, OR they’re fairly new to football and have shown some interest so far, we have something for all players in their journey.

DEVELOPMENT
CENTRES.
Our Development Centres are hosted in Bishop's Stortford, Braintree, Chelmsford, Epping, Great Dunmow and Witham and are designed for players who are 4-14 years old with all abilities.
Anyone is welcome to come along and discover their strengths and enjoy becoming a part of our team.

ADVANCED DEV CENTRE.
Our Advanced Development Centre is invitation only for players and goalkeepers who have demonstrated an aptitude to learn with a clear development in their technical or tactical ability. Our main objective when working with these players is to give them the best opportunity to further progress, with some of players moving into our JPL club & professional football clubs.
ADC sessions are carefully planned every week using the skills of our coaches and specialist database.
Our unique syllabus aims to teach players from a technical & tactical, social, psychological and physical point and how we expect players within their age range to be capable of. We then work backwards from this method and structure each session to cater for individual player development.

Scott is UEFA A qualified and vastly experienced in both coaching and playing football, having played over 500 professional games.
Scott is currently the First-Team Coach for Stevenage FC, who play in League 1. He joined our team full-time in July 2023. He is supported by our Development Centre Managers, Danny Brooks, Ben Andreos, Stephen Liddiard, Alex Benjamin and Mark North.
Alongside his role at M.R.F.A., Tom is working for Stevenage Academy with ages U9s & 10s.
