At M.R.F.A. we love to celebrate the success of those around us. Let's take a look at Ava Harper!
Joining us in December last year, Ava quickly caught the eye of our coaches with her technical skills and passion for improvement. Ava has now secured a spot in our sister club FC Evolution U12s Girls team, a testament to her hard work and commitment.
Reflecting on Ava's progress, Girls' Football Development Officer, George Glock, emphasised the significance of our Development Centres in nurturing young players and providing a solid foundation for girls to kickstart or advance their footballing journeys. "Our Development Centres serve as a crucial starting point for girls, offering them the tools to enhance their individual skills and embark on their footballing journeys with confidence," said George.
Over the past 18 months, we have been thrilled to witness 12 girls, including Ava, transition from our Development Centres to our FC Evolution Teams, establishing a clear pathway for girls to thrive and excel. We take pride in fostering a supportive and nurturing environment where young players like Ava can flourish and reach their full potential. Congratulations, Ava, on your well-deserved success, and we look forward to witnessing your continued growth and accomplishments in the world of football!
We have worked hard to create a pathway for our players from our Schools and Holidays Courses to Development Centres and finally to our sister clubs FC Evolution teams to help those with a passion for football adventure as far as possible within their footballing journey.
